Premium Subscription Terms

Effective Date: Jan 26, 2021

Our Premium Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a regular basis, typically monthly or yearly. You agree to pay for the subscription that you select for the Premium Service and you authorize us to automatically charge the payment using the payment method that our service provider has on file for you.

Subscription

Our Premium Service is subscribed on a Billing Cycle basis. The length of your first subscription term depends on your purchase selection. Please note that your chosen term may change after the initial subscription term (provided in the offer or notified to you separately).

By submitting your payment details, you (i) confirm your acceptance of the offer advertised; (ii) accept and agree to the Terms provided hereby; and (iii) acknowledge and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Premium Service

Subscription will get the right to use more servers and more regions, faster internet speeds.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

AT THE END OF EACH BILLING CYCLE, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNDER THE SAME CONDITIONS AS YOUR EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION UNLESS YOU CANCEL IT OR WE CANCEL IT.

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your Apple ID, iTunes or App Store. CANCELED ACCOUNTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR THE UNUSED PART OF THE ONGOING SERVICE PERIOD.

Once you have cancelled your automatic renewal, recurring subscription fees for Premium Service fees will no longer be charged to the payment method we have on file for your account, and your subscription will remain active only until the end of the term for which you have fully paid the Service fee.

Price Change

We may change the fees that we charge for the Premium Service, at any time in our sole discretion, provided that we will give you at least thirty (30) days' prior notice of such changes. Unless otherwise specified in such notice to you, any changes to the subscription fees will take effect in the Billing Cycle immediately following our notice to you.

Refunds

If you wish to claim a refund, you can do so within the Apple Store website. You can go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID and password. If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.

Then you can follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.
